MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His international success has seen him enter mainstream Latin music. Una Lady Como Tu, his hit from 2016, was awarded the Colombian Kids Choice Award in 2017 for Favorite Song. His debut album was a long-player ADN to the local Sony distributor in Medellin La Industria Inc. The album peaked at the top of the charts, number 8 in the Top Latin Albums chart. Vaina Loca was the Top Five hit of Ozuna's Top Five album in 2007, saw him join Ozuna. In the year 2020, he teamed up with Noriel on Mala Influencia and released the album Dopamina in the following year. Then in 2021 he sang an duet with TINI's streaming smash single Maldita Foto. An album release in 2023 featuring the mega-hit La Bachata. Turizo was raised in a musical environment, since both his mom and younger brother are musicians. According to Turizo, music was a mandatory element of his existence. As a child studying saxophone and guitar.
